Turning Point Brittanys is pleased to announce that DC TurningPts Landslide (Mack) was awarded a judges award of merit at the Iowa Brittany Club specialty show on September 28, 2018.  This was a stretch for Mack as he had been in the field working for 3 months and had not been cleaned up or on a leash for that time.  With several baths and a couple hours on the grooming table earlier in the day as well as a brief reminder of how to behave on a leash, he went into the ring with style and grace. Judge Jay Richardson said, “This is a lovely field dog who looks like he could go to work all day long in the field.”  In addition, he placed third in the competitive 38 dog open gun dog stake held over that same weekend which earned him the Iowa Brittany Club’s dual dog award.

Mack is the current W. E. Stevenson Memorial National dual dog award winner, and with our strong commitment to the dual dog, we are very proud of this regional club’s recognition as well.
